This is our Link ECU G4X MonsoonX Plug and Play Bundle kit. This is a step above our SpeedyEFI Plug and Play Kits, while maintaining a basic setup. At the base level, this kit is meant for Drive By Cable engines, and will plug into the factory wiring. The CAN Wideband O2 Controller harness will need run through the firewall on its own (you'll need to drill a hole, pass-through options available). All kits come pre-wired for Boost Control and Flex Fuel input.

 

Base kit includes:

  • Link ECU G4X MonsoonX ECU
  • Link ECU CAN Wideband O2 Controller and Sensor
  • ReetWire ECU Header Breakout Kit (coming soon for individual sale!)
  • Wiring harness built with a Link ECU Loom A
  • GM IAT Sensor (upgrade to Link ECU IAT optional)

 

From this base level, this kit can be upgraded and configured to include Link ECU sensors, Drive By Wire, Digital Dash, and more. The Link ECU sensors will provide better accuracy and peace of mind over factory sensors, Drive By Wire allows for better tuning in regards to throttle response and idle control, and a Digital Dash will display any and all data you want to see. Sequential Ignition will require two extra signals, with two options for said signals: repurpose the factory O2 wiring (plug and play on some models, but requires you to cut and splice two wires on others), or run a separate harness through the firewall (will require you drill a hole in the firewall, pass-through options available). Pass-through options start with nothing at the base level, but can be upgraded to a grommet, a Deutsch DT Flanged connector, or a Deutsch AS Autosport connector (Wideband O2 and Ignition wires cannot run through the same pass-through connector due to signal interference; separate holes/connectors/pass-throughs will be required).

 

At this point, you may be thinking, "for the base price, why not just buy a Haltech Elite 1500?" Yes, that ECU alone would be cheaper, and yes, that is a more capable ECU. But it still needs all the accessories to go with it, such as a harness, wideband controller, and the time and labor to wire it all up. This kit includes everything needed, including all the wiring already done for you, and is priced accordingly. This kit is aimed to get you up and running as quickly as possible with as little wiring as possible required on your end.

 

Note: DBW works by replacing the Tach output, the IAC OPEN/PWM output, and the IAC CLOSE/nc output with the Link ECU E-throttle (RET)'s 3 control pins. This means there are no outputs available for AVLS control or Tach output when running DBW. When selecting the DBW option, a LINK ECU CAN Gauge OLED 52mm is automatically included. It can be configured to show Tach, along with any other data.

 

P.S.-Pictures are generic or are examples of other harnesses we offer. Pictures will be updated when applicable. If you want a configuration/option that's not available, feel free to contact us and make a request. No electrical tape will be used on customer products; current pictures include examples in which the customers specifically requested electrical tape be used. This is not our standard practice. Dual wall adhesive lined heat shrink is our go to (as seen in the picture of the ignition coil connectors).
